Classes
At Élan Pilates Studios, our levels are based on the intensity of your workout and how much you sweat (or as we call it, "sparkle!"). Each 50-minute class begins with a structured warm-up, builds intensity, and finishes with deep stretching. Expect creative, challenging workouts that keep you engaged and help you sparkle from the inside out!
Beginning
Level 1

A slower-paced class designed for beginners. Learn proper form, get comfortable on the reformer, and start building strength—all while breaking a little sparkle and having fun in a supportive environment!
Sculpt Your Glutes
Buns of Steel

Sculpt your glutes like never before! This targeted workout strengthens all three glute muscles with a strategic Pilates movements. End with deep stretching for a perfectly balanced burn.
Experienced
Level 2

For those with Pilates experience who want to take their workout to the next level. Expect more resistance, longer holds, and advanced movements for deeper strength and more sparkle.
Restorative
Stretch & Shine

Give back to your body with deep, restorative stretching. Improve flexibility, prevent injuries, and relieve stress with movements only possible on the reformer. Walk out refreshed and shining brighter!
High-Intensity
Simply Sparkle 3

High-intensity and muscle-burning! Fewer breaks, more reps, and maximum challenge to build endurance and strength. This class is for experienced Pilates lovers looking to advance their practice.
